Shipping Policy

Orders may be placed online on website of M/s Toptime Consumer Private Limited (Hereinafter referred to as “Toptime”) at: or picked up from Toptime’s office and / or from any of the franchisee outlet of Toptime. Details are given below:

Pickup From Office or Franchisee Outlet:

Pickup orders can be placed at any of the outlet. Payment options for Pickup Orders can be Cash, Demand Draft, Debit Card or Credit Card, and Online Payments through Wallets & UPI transfer.

Home Delivery

Home Delivery orders can be placed online for providing easy access & convenience on website: Payment options for Online orders can be Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Other Online Payments through Wallets & UPI transfer.

Home Delivery Charges for Customers / Independent Business Distributors are as follows:
Order value above 750 PV: No delivery Charges
Order value from 750 PV Rs 90/- per kg or part thereof.
Order value below 750 PV and below 500 gms: Rs. 60/-

Please Note: Courier Charges are inclusive of taxes and are not refundable.

Toptime try to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in Good Condition. It takes 5-7 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the Products within India. Delivery may delay due to some unforeseen circumstances or due to certain restrictions imposed by government or any other authority acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.

In case, the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time due to unforeseen circumstances, the customers / Independent Business Distributors will be notified regarding the same through call from CRM Team & SMS, Email from our Shipping Partner. If the customer / Independent Business Distributor still wishes to continue with delivery, the same shall be delivered accordingly. If the customer / Independent Business Distributor wishes to cancel the said order, refunds shall be initiated as per the Cancellation / Refund / Exchange Policy.

The customers / Independent Business Distributors are advised that, if the packaging is tampered or damaged at the time of accepting delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package and immediately inform the Dispatch Team Mr Shravan Poojari at 82912 99615 or write an e-mail @ [email protected], mentioning the order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is sent to the concerned customers / Independent Business Distributors at the earliest.

Governing Law

Any dispute(s) between customer / Independent Business Distributor or its nominee(s) and Toptime, arising from this Policy, shall be referred to the sole arbitrator (appointed by Toptime) and same shall be adjudicated by such Arbitrator as per provisions of Arbitration Conciliation Act, 1996. However, all proceedings shall come within the jurisdiction of District Courts in Thane (Maharashtra, India) only and such arbitration proceedings shall be held in district courts of Thane (Maharashtra, India) only. The final decision of the Arbitrator would be binding upon both the parties. Any breach of this covenant by the Customer / Independent Business Distributor will make him liable for damages and legal costs to the Toptime.
