Mr. Babuulal Jain founded Deltas Group of companies in 2001 and initiated multiple business verticals including Herbal Plantations, Pharmaceutical Marketing, FMCG distribution, Warehousing, real estate, pharmaceutical manufacturing and the latest one is Direct Selling Vertical . Mr. Babuulal currently serves as the Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since Toptime was established in 2016. Mr. Babuulal is also a trustee of the 68 Akshar Jinalaya Temple and a Goshala in the name of Srimati Sundaribai w/o Kundanmal Ji Charitable trust established in 2009 by Mr. Babuulal Jain to help encourage and drive the philanthropic efforts of our company, its employees, its distributors and its customers to enrich the lives of others. He received several national awards and accolades for his business applications and excellence.

Mr. Suresh Jain has served as our Chief Executive Officer since 2002. He has also served as a director of our various group companies since 2000. Mr. Suresh Jain is responsible for expanding pharmaceutical business in India and leveraged his fund management capability to take Deltas Group for overseas operations. Mr. Suresh Jain has served as Managing Director of Toptime since 2017. Under his leadership Toptime was able to incubate the culture of personalized leadership development, resulting in unprecedented growth of Toptime.

Mr. Madanlal Kankaria has been serving Deltas Pharma since 2005. As an Engineer by profession, established the pharmaceutical manufacturing unit in Haridwar and established the operations within a very short time. Prior to this he has served in various organizations as senior management team and remained instrumental in initiating various businesses. He has been serving as Director of IT and analytical data services since 2016. Mr. Kankaria has been instrumental in designing the operational flow of web services and testing architecture.

Dr. Aasin Maurya has served as Director of pharmaceutical business vertical of Deltas Group since 2014. Dr. Maurya served Deltas Pharma as R&D consultant in 2009; and developed innovative formulations and established various overseas markets. Dr. Maurya served Deltas Pharma as Director since 2014, responsible for innovative products and establishing overseas markets. Dr. Maurya completed his research fellowship from Europe in 2005 and continued his journey on phytomedicinal research for conditions like cancer and lifestyle disorders; published various research papers and acquired several patents. Dr. Maurya, serving as Director in Toptime since 2017 and leading for strategic management, business culture, branding and innovations.

Mr. Dilip Jain, a youngest and energetic Director of Deltas since 2014 and Toptime since 2020. Mr. Dilip Jain is responsible for an efficient supply chain system and he is pivotal for launching new products and handling franchise training and education.

Mr. Rohit Trivedi has served as our Senior Account Manager since 2016 for Deltas Group. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Trivedi has served in various capacities like finance management & strategic funding management. Mr. Trivedi has been appointed as Director for sales in 2020, due to his outstanding people management ability apart from his understanding of sales and organizational growth.

Mr. Paramjeet Singh has worked with several large scale MLM companies in India and has a vast 15 years of experience in Network Marketing. He has been serving as director of business development since 2016. Mr. Paramjeet has been closely involved in planning of events and educational programs in northern parts of India. Mr. Paramjeet supports in administrative activities for our Delhi office.
